Your Questions About Logitech Mx518 Individuals

James asks…Mouse Point Speed problem?I have a Logitech MX518 mouse and I’m using the SetPoint Driver for it. The problem is that the mouse is not fast enough so I’ve also changed the speed in control panel but every time I restart the PC it returns back to default and I have to change it every time I start the PC. How can make it stay the way I want without changing aging back.
I need my slider to be at max but it always goes back to the middle. I think that SetPoint has something to do with this.Gamer answers:Just a minute Go to Control Panel of Your PC You can see various Icons Click on MOUSE you can see the Various Tab on the top of small window Click on POINTER OPTIONS keep your slider on the middle and click on OKMark asks…Get me some suggestion. especaily on power supply? is good for gaming or not?CAS:Xion III Gaming Mid-Tower 420W Case with Side Window

do i need some power protection for it too?Gamer answers:Looks good but that PSU will deffinatly need to be upgraded for the 8800gtx its recomended that you use 700w or more also most PSU @500w dont have the nessary plug for the video card if you plan on doing SLI in the future then 700w is a minium. Also if you can hold on for a bit i’d wait for the amd quad cores to come out they’ll be sockit f not am2 or go with an intel 6800 quad core setup instead as it beats the Sh1t outta amd’s right now. When you get tht crosshair mobo first thing to do is update the bios. Yhe one it comes with is real buggie. Other than that its a sweet rig.

Bare minimum is get a 700w PSUJenny asks…Mouse scrolling itself. What should I look for.?Model: Logitech G3/MX518 optical mouse with a wire.
The mouse would scroll up and down by itself.. up down up down really fast.. erratic and jerky movements no matter what I do.
I cleaned it, same thing.
It doesnt do it all the time. sometimes it stop, sometimes it do it for about 30 secs.
What should I look for? Drivers? Dust? Virus?Gamer answers:Does it just happen when your cell rings or updates itself?Steven asks…Gaming Computer buying?I was looking at this computer…Gamer infinity 8800 Pro SE http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/CyberPower_Gamer_Infinity_8800_Pro_SE/
